For future mobile networks, the resource allocation problem is complex, since in addition to global mobility, it involves several classes of traffic with specific throughput and delay constraints. In this context, we aim to implement dynamic resource allocation algorithms, capable of predicting user mobility, and guaranteeing optimal communication quality and service continuity.
