In future mobile networks, users will have the possibility of moving through networks using different technologies and protocols, exploited by different operators and located in different geographical areas. In this context, enabling location information is essential for key services and applications. This research aims to design, analyze and evaluate efficient algorithms for managing global mobility. Such algorithms must be able to take into account the user behavior to predict their moves and possible network changes.
