This research aims to develop efficient algorithms that enable not only to design a radio subsystem or a network subsystem, but also to optimally interconnect such subsystems, subject to a number of constraints related to the quality of services. In this research, heuristics, such as tabu search, simulated annealing or genetic algorithms, can be used to plan the architecture of future mobile networks (5G, 6G).
